Fruit aromas of green apples, melon, and lemon zest, and typical aging aromas such as bread yeast, biscuits and butter, and hints of aniseed.
Perfect as an aperitif and accompaniment for all types of seafood, fish, poultry (turkey or chicken), and roasted suckling lamb.
Serve at 5 – 8 ºC
