Ultra-Creamy Premium Oxidant

It is a perfumed oxidant emulsion that strengthens the colour when mixed with colouring cream in semi-perms.

Due to its ultra-creamy texture, rich in argan oil, the colouring process occurs on a softer and more effective basis.

It is formulated with reverse osmosis water (deionized) and hydrogen peroxide.
