XAREL LO (+100) MICROVINIFICATION

  • Coming from a centuries-old vineyard, this wine shows us all the strength and potential of the Xarel·lo variety. Partially vinified in oak barrels, it is aged on triple lees in oval cement tanks for a few months. Ripe citrus fruits, fresh and floral grass with a milky background, coming from its aging with lees and that appears in the glass little by little.

    On the palate, it has body and structure but is at the same time fresh, dense, and with a good acidity that will make it age well in the bottle.

  • Pairing with mushroom risotto, vegetables or fish, seafood, creams, rooms, curated and semi-curated cheeses.
