Instant Yeast

It is an instant dry bread yeast gold (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) vacuum packed in sheets. Gold instant dry yeast is improved from active dry yeast, it does not need any rehydration step before dough preparation. Just mixing with flour is enough. It is ideal for Croissant, sweet bread, Danish, sweet doughs, assorted bread, doughnuts, and assorted bread.
